I ordered a Wicked Edge from Scott "Shotgunner" during the holidays. I used his discount code for a free paperstone base. The transaction went smoothly, but the base did not arrive with the system. I sent an email to inquire and Scott took care of the problem and shipped the base the next day. He said he has put a process in place that will prevent that situation from happening in the future. No hassles, timely, quality service.
