Double Cut: From my understanding the bead blast process is done with 2 different size beads where the second round of blasting smooths out the texture of the first round so that the impressions aren't as deep as they started out.

the blade is given a rough satin finish (to remove dimples or other imperfections i assume), then bead blasted.

it is the most durable finish in my experience.
