This seller has both the item i returned and my money. The item sat at the PO for months and right when the 90 day period was up with capitalone he got the item and now both paypal and capitalone say they can't reopen the case. I used goods and services thru paypal. Lesson learned is paypal won't help you at all if you open a case with your cc company even if the seller has already received the item and reposted it for sell. Beware of the seller.

Post office. Postal fraud. Up to 20 years in a federal pen. Report him to U.S. Postal Inspectors, calmly and with pictures and other evidence.

He seems to be senior in HS. Boy can his life change!

Seems to be a condo. Probably lives with dad.

February, 2017: "HK’s leading individual scorer was Jonah Spector who place third in the 1600 and forth in the 3200. Jonah also anchored HK’s 4×800 relay team" So he can run, but can he hide?

won't help you now but in the future:

1. Don't ship to PO boxes.

2. Shipping with Signature Confirmation will return the package to sender if not claimed in a reasonable amount of time.
 
Now that is a new one...seems like if these guys would spend half of the time trying to make legal money they would be able to make much more than scamming. I always send anything over $400 with signature confirmation, not sure if this would have helped but they usually return to sender after 30 days and never refund without either USPS insurance covering the shipment or knife received.

Seems like a lot of good sellers are getting the shaft these days...
 
You can report it, but ePrey will ignore your report as it largely ignore reports of most scams it facilitates.
 
The package did have signature required that's why it sat at the PO undelivered. No idea why it sat so long, I requested the package sent back to me and some how it got delivered to the seller

It was described as unused but was clearly used. Scratches all over the clip and blade, small chips in the blade. Even thick black gunk build up in the thumb holes. What you get after hard use and carry

They should have only held it for 2 weeks, that is the standard. He must have some special arrangement for them to have held it for 3 months.
 
Looks like it sat there, then was on its way back to you when it got re-routed back to the seller?

It will help, but only if you do something about it now and provided you aren't referring to something that happened 5 years ago.
 
Started a case with the postal inspector and received a email saying it was entered in the national system. Haven't got any updates, anyone have any ide how long it takes to process a claim?
 
Looks like he works for Coliseum Pawn in Naugatuck, CT. Give his boss a call and see if he could help you.
