can anyone recommend any folders similar to the A.G. Russell Featherlite?

I wanted something kind of specific.. thin (.25"), small blade (app. 2-3"). Blade material doesn't really matter all that much.

THanks.

Fallkniven mod P folder is small and thin. It cuts very well also.

Try googling for "Klein knife".

Very thin knives. Stainless steel handle with rosewood inserts. Stell not listed. Cuts well. holds an edge well. No clip. Lock back. I'd call it a drop point blade. Two hand opening. Japanese or at least mine is. There are three models with blades varying from 1 5/8" to 2 5/8". I've been happy with mine. I just found them priced from $27 for the smallest to $36 for the largest.

Very light, thin, and strong knife is the Benchmade 530.

A great place to buy one is Grand Prairie Knives.

The Fallkniven mod P handle scales aren't really thick, and they can be removed as well, which leaves you with a thin all steel folder.

I second the recommendation for Klotzli. My Michael Walker is going back in my pocket tomorrow!

Al mar Falcon ultralight. It is very thin and light. I usually carry it in the summer with shorts and hardly notice it.

The kershaw storm is probably the thinnest knife that I have handled personally. The micrometers say it is .34" thick and the blade is 3".

A little thicker than you asked for but I thought I would throw it out there.

MY EKA 12C27 lockback is a nice paring knife thinness. The blade is a bit flexible its so thin but it slices and cuts pretty well being so thin. I don't know how much heavy use it can take but it is great for some delicate jobs.

Just googled, I like super simple handles/ blades. Don't like the holes in the handle. THanks though!
