Thin slicer/paring knife [SOLD]

It is forged from 1/8" thick 15n20 bar, down to 0,059" (1,5mm) thickness to be a wicked slicer.
It feels great in the hand and it has rounded heel for more comfortable work and grip.

Flats are left raw, soaked in vinegar to remove forging scale and wire brushed.
After heat treatment, flats are brushed with scotch brite.
Bevels are made in satin finish with scotch brite.

Thickness -0,059"
The knife weights 1,9 oz and with sheath is 2,8 oz

Handle material:Asian walnut, black G10 liners and carbon fiber pins.

Handmade 4mm thick (0,16") vegetable tanned leather sheath, no belt loop, just a blade protection.

I like the blade/angle profile :thumbsup:

. Perfect for slicing while still clearing the finger knuckles off the cutting board.
I'd be really interested in the same profile but in a less rust prone alloy (AEB-L).
