Thing NOT To Do When Drinking

Joe Houser said:
Yeah, we wouldn't want to deviate from a drinking thread to talk about cars in a Buck knife forum. That just wouldn't be right!
Better just stay off topic so as not to make anybody upset. :D
I crack myself up sometimes...

...Thanks for the laugh, Joe!!!... :D :p ;)

(Who says sarcasm is a lost art???) :p

Did Goose post a pic of his Harley??? I wanna see!!! :D

Someone mentioned a forum member [ZZJake?] was selling a Honda 500 or 550 not long ago...How'd that work out???
Hey Richard and Jake...

You can hijack any thread of mine anytime. That's why it's called "my thread" and I like you clowns. Had me at "hello" and all that jazz.
Anyway, below is a link to my OLD scoot ('97 Heritage Softail) that I thrashed (totaled). You can see the resulting injuries to my leg and mug under "Goose's Pics" somewhere on that site.

Now I have a FUGLY '96 Dyna SuperGlide. Selling it next week and, hopefully, getting a new WideGlide.

Had a 550F for years. 1975. Rode it with ex1 to Canada and back. Rode it until it gave up the ghost. It was back in the cafe racer days and it had the stock 4into1 exhaust. Good bike.

Goose.

I'd keep the 550 and ride it myself if I didn't feel like King Kong on a tricycle when I'm on it

I liked the post about the biker riding down the street with a lawnmower blade hanging from his belt... :D

Trax,
Are you referring to the story I told about the guy I stopped who had a home made knife that looked like it was literally made from a lawn mower blade? The thing was 1/4 " thick steel with a very crude, but I'm sure, effective blade, full tang with leather crudely wrapped around it for friction and an effective grip. The weight alone would probably do the job, never mind a sharp edge.
