Hey guys,
A few months ago, I was opening a letter with my native, and i set the knife on the table. Someone came too close to the table and knocked it onto the ground with their backpack. As my luck would have it, the knife fell right on it's tip, and now, there is no tip.
I know that in the knife industry, the one thing a knife companie's warranty wont fix is broken tips, because more often than not, it's because you pryed with it, which is knife law no no number 1. What do you guys think (especially those who have dealt with Spydies customer service before)? What are my chances of getting a new blade, or a re finished blade tip? I really love that Native. As do I love my other 3 Spydies
