I am seriously considering this. I noticed the lightweight is pin construction. Has anyone had a problem with cleaning it or keeping it clean. It seems that with the more complicated lock it might be hard

you got to get the native 5 -S35V light wight with serrated blade! its in your price range,and the knife is a chopper,it was my 1st serrated spyderco and just love it.

for those interested I just purhcased a manix 2. I have been intrigued by this knife for a while and am thrilled to get one. I can't wait for it to get to my house!!!!

It is the g10 model with the s30v ffg blade. I figured it was much better steel than bd1 and it was only about $12 more than the lightweight version.

Nice choice. I think the Manix fits my hand better than any other folder out there, so one finds it's way into my pocket often

I made the exact same decision a couple of months ago. Ended up w/ the same model, though it was a gift for my brother. He loves it, and is awaiting the arrival of a purple Endura.

You're gonna dig it for sure.
