Thinking about getting a Strider...

The dgg is still really solid, but WILL tear your pockets up. As far as the tiger striping wearing. That stuff is baked on, and incredibly difficult to get off. If you are a hard user, it will take some scuffs, but not like a bead blasted finish.

And a Strider is supposed to have some scuffs and wear marks on it. It adds to the character of the knife. Think of it like a patina.
