Personally, I would go with a Case instead. I hear bad things about the QC of Boker's traditional line all the time. I've never had a problem with a Case.

I've owned two Bokers, a Copperhead that my Father-in-law now has, and a Barlow that I use regularly. I realize it's a pretty small sample, but both are decently fit and finished. They aren't as good as my Queen or GEC for F&F, but they are as good as my Case knives. And they have been a bit cheaper than Case from my observation. Perhaps that's changed with exchange rates.
Both the Copperhead and Barlow are Boker's C75 carbon steel. And it is a bit softer than Case CV. I do consider them to fine working knives.
