Third Knife ( Modified Sheeps foot )

Thanks for all the input...
I have a few of the drop point designs I have to get done for friends.

Than I'll sit and draw up a new design just to see if I can hide the area we are talking about, and yet still have a comfortable handle and eye pleasing look all around.
 
Ok I googled again lock back knife design and almost everyone had the tang out of the handle in the closed position.
My idea for my knifes are to move the lock slot back toward the rear of the knife.
That should put it more forward in the closed position. Allowing just a little tweaking to the bottom of the handle in the front.
Sounds good but I'll have to build it in plastic to see if everything else works accordingly.
