Prices are PP G&S, shipped CONUS w/ tracking. Will ship elsewhere as long as we can come to an agreement about shipping costs. First definite claim takes precedence. If you buy more than one together, knock $10 off the total for each additional knife after the first. Looking to sell, not trade but I'm not going to refuse to listen to offers.

* Condition of the knife suggests it has seen light to moderate carry, but little use. But there is a catch. One of the several previous owners felt the detent was too strong and ground it down... leaving it with almost none. Knife now drops open with a light shake. Can be fixed, but will require getting some parts from Reate or Chavez.

Hi! I'm brand new to this forum and don't exactly know how this works, as this is my first time so please forgive me for anything I'm doing something wrong in advance.
Would you take $150 Paypal G&S for the Ultramar?
Also, do you think it'd be possible to get the needed extra part from Reate or Chaves with a call? I've never owned anything by either maker so I'm not sure how their customer service is. My only experience with that kind of stuff is through Kizer (who were absolutely splendid in helping me out to get replacement parts in the past).

I'm interested in the crk and bm 940. Have survive gso 5.1 3v with nice custom leather sheath, box, and factory kydex, a custom bento box pm2 in ripps textured ti scales, timascus clip and anodized ti hardware,with original scales included, as well as some mule teams, a nice custom EDC cleaver, and a very nice 26c3 "spicy white" with hamon and stabilized koa scales, slight patina from meal prep. The Ultramar is generating quite a bit of interest already, so I'm not very inclined to drop the price yet.

I don't know for sure whether it would make more sense to deal with Chaves or Reate. I would think Reate since they make the actual parts, but it is Chaves's name on the line. In theory, someone who owned the knife before me has talked to Chaves and has the parts needed on order. I'm not super-confident anything will ever come of that.

Oh alright, thank you for the reply!
I think the best course of action for me would be to just shoot both of them a call sometime and ask.
I'd love to hear from you if it doesn't sell (which I'm sure it will!)
As someone that has experienced so many wonderful knives, what are some of your most notable favorites?
 
If the action, centering, and lockup are good on the Kapara and there are no scratches on the blade, I'll take it.
Please advise.
