Review starts 3 mins in. This joker is pushing an Eafengrow flipper tab knife, claims it's faster than a switchblade... which it actually is, because dual-sided flipper tabs like that function as a wave-like device, but he doesn't mention that in the video, just pushes the flipper tab like "Wow! Look at that! Boom!". When he does a size comp to a Strider and another Eafengrow, man, I don't even know ZT or use/have any, but I KNOW that Eafengrow is a copy of some ZT.
Also, this type of stuff is just kind of irresponsible, hyping up flippers like this will get them banned. Glad no one has figured out the wave yet.
I unfortunately have one Eafengrow, an EF65, it's a little green tanto, in "D2" that I got for 20 bucks when I was starting out in the knife game and really wanting a "super steel". I want to try the mustard test just to see if it could be D2, they are rebranders so they have sold real, and mislabeled, D2. It is a true tossup, not 100% not D2. I have not used it much, it's actually a nice enough lil flipper. Maybe it will help me learn to shapen tanto blades? I don't know, but I wouldn't trust EF.
This review is just crazy, though. He is trying to sell the knife, I think, and that is why he is saying all this crap. He says "A viewer asked if it was okay to send me this in, and I was afraid it was a switchblade!" and then talks about how great the color is and what you get, etc.
