Even though all the terrorism and grounding of planes, a knock on my door this morning produced a knife that had I ordered from A.G. Russell.
It was ordered monday via UPS "next day air". I was supposed to get it on wednesday. Yesterday, I called the Russell company and told them, with all that's been going on and with planes being grounded, it didn't matter when the knife got here. I would just wait. Then, I mostly forgot about it. To my utmost surprise, I'm holding the knife! I am flabbergasted! Talk about customer service! WOW!!!
