So this year I got a massive tax return. So what do I do with all the dough... what any red-blooded American would do, of course... I buy a massive big-screen TV. The shipping company told me they would be delivering today between noon and 4pm, so I took half-a-day off from work to be here to sign for it.

So the TV shows up, I sign for it, and then spend a couple hours mounting it on the wall. But what does all this have to do with knife-making? Well, I'll tell ya.

My tax return was sooooo big, that at the time I ordered the TV, I also ordered a little something else (and still had over half the money left). Well that "something else" showed up at my door about 10-minutes after I finished hanging the TV. Here's a photo.

Does anyone recognize the box?... I've seen a couple posted here recently.

Sorry Charlie... I mean Chuck. ;) Not a KMG... though it would be really nice to have two of them.

Paul nails it. Yes, it is a Sugar Creek BKK with digital controller. Now I just need to unbox it and find a place to put it.

That's one hell of a free loan Uncle Sam got from you! :D

Enjoy your new TV--but don't let it get in the way of quality time with the oven. ;)

Erin: Since you have so much money left over, how's about you send one of those ovens over my direction? ;):p
