Yes, I think so. Keith Ouye is one of my very favorite makers.

It is a looker, and no mistake. For me, the clip is wrong. I tend to carry knives with a clip in my right front pocket. On this knife, that means the flipper might open because the blade is not "trapped" against the side of my pocket.
I care about this, because I have carried a flipper and had the blade open in my pocket and cut my self while reaching into the pocket.
The materials on this knife seem great to me. It is pretty, but not too expensive to use and carry, and should be durable.

Excellent. NOW this has staying power. 
One of Keith's hallmarks is how his clips profile the shape of the knife.
His flipper grip is very subtle. No protrusion. You won't find it catching pulling it out of a pocket. For this knife it would be safe. Good observation, though.
