I was planning to cut the cord when my son was born (I had a ABA tucked into my scrubs). But my wife had to have a c-section and I didn't feel like wasting time with her cut open like that.

The doc probably would have let me because she knew us both well enough (we were all docs in the same area). Somehow, during the excitement of seeing the birth of my firstborn, I forgot to ask (and didn't care at that point... but I am kicking myself now:o).

I didn't have the FBMLE back then;)

She is waddling the hallway like a penguin from Happy Feet.......we are still waiting for here doctor to show up......but things are progressing nicely!!!!

I even took some pictures when her robe fell open and rear was exposed....she tried to break my camera!!!!
