This is unbelievable.

I lost my first ever Spyderco, a SS serrated worker, about 8 years or so ago.

It was clipped to my webbing left in a pile while my team went over an assault course before a march and shoot with the TA.

Me thinks that some light fingered bas***d had it away, I was NOT happy at the time to put it mildly.
 
some bastids broke into my bike's luggage compartment two years ago, carted away my passport, digital camera, notebook, ladybug, centofante II, snap-it, jess horn ltwt and my zippered Spydie pouch.. :grumpy: Dang! Took me a while to get over it..

:( I'll die the day I lose one of my knives. I've got Spydies and also MOD, crkt... I'm always checking my pocket, even in the bathroom !
 
maybe a silly question, but i carry mine on the RF pocket and it gets caught on the seatbelt of my car and falls into the seat. have you looked under your seat or between your seats in your car. that is where mine always ends up. good luck though, it sucks to lose a knife.

I've had several things disappear recently: A Leatherman Micra attached to a minimag flashlight, a checkbook, of all things a Bible, and, what hurts most, the Calypso Jr. PE that was about my perfect small carry knife.

I know with the cooler fall weather the mice have been getting into my house, but apparently I have gremlins, too.
 
Sorry 'bout that Carlos. We will be going Rescue crazy for 2003, so there will be new toys to play with. The "Rescue Jr" has been renamed with Rescue 79m, but we've enlarged the hole to 14mm.

The Rescue 93mm will be out in black, blue & orange.

The "Assist" will be available in 2 variations.

The WTC project will continue as the "D'Allara" rescue, but with a complete handle redesign.

Bet you end up findin' the damn thing(s);) I do this ALL THE TIME but with paperwork ( I admit it's easier to lose paperwork ; but let's face it, MISPLACEMENT seems to be part of the "human condition") Thought I lost my trusty SE cricket
back on the streets of New Haven, Ct.( my ol' stompin' grounds ;)) but found it after. Just look in the "un-thinkable" place(s) Carlos, mark me, you'll find'em ;)
