This little guy is just plain neat.

Tracking says the 24th and it is at the local distribution center, I don't expect the post office to be open on Christmas eve but maybe I'll be lucky.

If I am lucky then I'm sure I'll get plenty of use out of it on Christmas and can start giving some thoughts on it right away.

My biggest concerns here are thickness in blade and handle, if it doesn't slice well or carry well it could be a real miss for me.

It's just hard to get a good perspective on the dimensions here, some knives are a no brainer and some you really just have to get in hand.

Theres only a few TOPS knives that appeal to me, but that’s a neat little fixed blade I’ve almost ordered several times…I’ve owned a few of their knives and they do make a quality product. I’ll be looking forward to hearing your thoughts on it.

They don't have a lot that really appeals to me either.
I knew they could make something I'd want, and now I finally have a chance to like experience and hopefully like one of their reportedly very well made knives.

Looks like I got lucky, it's at my local post office and I should have it sometime today.

It arrived and first impressions are very good.
Somehow it's exactly what I imagined though I didn't really know what to expect, I was just over thinking it I suppose.

It has some thickness to it, but it's not bad.
It's about the same as a mini sodbuster or Vic recruit.

As I expected it's not the sliciest, but for such a small blade that's not a major concern and it's really not as thick as I may make it seem.
I get about 2.5 fingers on it and it doesn't feel overly small, I added the piece I cut off the overly long neck lanyard and that helps too.
