This looks amazing.

I'm hungry now! There is nothing like having real food on the trail. I have to admit that I'm usually lazy though and carry mostly freeze dried stuff. I like car camping when I can bring all the food I want and don't have to worry about carrying it :)
 
Upon reading the entire thread I see she actually has a book with recipes.

I may order one and do a review:thumbup:
 
Love it!

I'm foind of jimbalaya, paella, and fried rice type dishes when I go out with a group. Easier to "stone soup" them. But tis looks like fun, I will have to try doing it!
