Ah, so you've found him too. I have him bookmarked in my fav. seller list and check in from time to time for a good laugh. He's got a Spydie karambit and Buck SBT with stock website pics up right now. I wonder what kind of mystery knives you would actually get if you won those auctions..... :eek:

There's a computer translation program called Babelfish (here if you are interested: http://world.altavista.com/) that you can type in text in one language and the translation pops out. Problem is, it sounds just like our knive guy!

How can they shut him down when every guy selling fake oakleys and real dvd movies in New York gets away with it. Besides US guys noone really cares I think. Look at his striders he sells.... they dont even look like striders.

It is always important that I can carry on the back the card.
I've always found Benchmade's special stalk lock of back of knife to be a little wanting, so I'm glad they've included this knife safety lock.
 
On the benchamde forums this guy is brought up a lot. UNless Benchmade tells ebay this guy is selling fakes there is nothing they can do.
 
Q: Is this an authentic version of the Benchmade 730 model CRAPOLA? The CRAPOLA version is hard to find here because it is no longer in production. If so, please let me know, and I will definitely bid on this auction. Thank you. ;) Answered on Jan-21-05

Yeah, I reported the jerk to Ebay too, but I doubt they'll do anything. I emailed the guy stating that the knives he's selling are not real Benchmades and his reply was: "It is a real. The real fancier does not need the box and can explain the true or false."
