Is there anywhere that I can right now walk in (or go online) and buy the BK-14 orange & black handles? I keep seeing reviews popping up. This paracord needs to go!

Pretty sure the above post won't count towards a BH#...

In the meantime, john, you could try making your own custom scales. It's a fun and relatively easy process if you have the tools for it. If you don't, it can be done entirely with hand tools, although a cheap belt sander helps.

Wait, were you talking about me or him?

He was talking about you and the "11111". Barbwire done that to all his posts, so you see it everywhere.

Don't take offense, its just some friendly ribbing. You'll see posts like that from time to time, from me and others.

"That one ain't gonna count", stuff like that.

You could always go the izula scales route....

I was just thinking this, and was gonna come back and either edit or post again.

Those you can get pretty cheap, and they work well.

Until the Zytel handles come out, that is.

Those are awesome! Great looking color, plus you have satisfaction of doing them yourself. I'll tell right now I'd swap the black AND orange zytel set for those green ones anytime! I was liking the orange factory ones...but that green blows them out of the water IMO.

I am an apartment rat so ... a dremel with the sanding drum for the rough shape. Pretty much melted the outline. For the bevel PSA paper pressed into the grooves on the back of a three hole punch(painful and slow). The action site for the JP screws.
