I agree....good forum, useful information, nice folks. And yes this frugal, do-it-yourselfer has also spent quite a bit of money on blades since browsing this forum and the internet in general. And I didnt need most of those blades because I have plenty already and I can make my own knives.

The purchases I'm most pleased with are the khukuris that have just come into my life. What terriffic tools these are for a guy like me. My 12" (overall length) Himalayan Imports Ang Khola has proven to be one of the most handy and versatile blades ever (although I love my other 2 khuks as well).
 
Ah Wilderness and survival forum,If you were a woman I'd make you my bride.But then again,you'd still cost me as much money...
 
I've learned tons here, thanks all. I have also spent tons here, thanks all! In my dark dreams I imagine the sh... hits the fan the world is different, and I remember this place and all the lessons and tips and good people, and wish I could buy more stuff! :D
 
yep.. we all feel your pain....:o i have spent sooo musch $$$ since i've been here on these forums....:eek: but it's $$$ well spent...

there is a lot of cool folks on here :thumbup:and not to mention endless amounts of information...

this forum and the EXCHANGE(big surprise) are the only ones i frequent here on BF....

definately one of my favorites in general....:thumbup:
