I forgot to charge the camera battery, so was only able to take a few pics before it died :grumpy: But it was a great hike. Hot but there was a nice breeze.
New knives to play with. One from Jim Moyer, and a Breeden Kat knife.

nice looking hike...shame about the battery, that happens to me all the time. I can usually eek out a few more by turning it on and snapping a pic really quick before it shuts itself off, it won't turn off while processing a photo...but this might not work on every camera.

looks like a nice hike anyways.
 
Usually I remember to pop in on the charger, but it was a spur of the moment hike.

That Moyer knife is pretty cool, I like the shape and it fits nice in hand. it's a little heavy though, but it's super stout. I did some batoning and it chewed right through everything. The Kat knife is like a beefed up version of a really good paring knife. Super light and thin it's a great cutter.
