This whole slipjoint thing...Im getting into it..(pics)

Boy, those folks at Amhurst sure know how to build a knife.

One word of advice: buy some users. I use all of mine, and my son does too.

you can blame it all on a conversation over lunch between Elliot, Gus, and the Gigster...

Come on, Ren. I thought you were stronger than this. One meal with these guys and next thing we know, you're sitting in the corner fondling an old Case Whittler mumbling "my precious..." :p

But since this happened, can I have your Razel? :D

thx - cpr

A hearty welcome to the newest Bose-ho. :D. I am sure his name will be on the cards come the end of May.

What till he starts cuttin' with them. ;)

A very tasteful beginning too, that carver is something you can't keep your hands off I'm sure!

Welcome Ren------you must be getting old---------sorry. But what the heck enjoy yourself with some real works of art. Nice knives man.

I'm right there with you, Ren. In the past couple months I've bought a Rick Menefee dogleg trapper, Bret Dowell 2 3/4" dogleg and a lightly used Jeff Cover sodbuster. Tan canvas micarta, green canvas micarta with fluted SS bolster and black linen micarta, respectively. Addictive. I want to get rid of all my "tacticals" now. I actually carry these.
