sorry to take this thread off topic, but what is a dual action auto? does it mean it has 2 buttons? it functions as an auto and an AO?

Dual action (DA) means the action is both full automatic and also manual. The knife can be opened and closed without firing the spring. The switch does work both ways, but DA refers to the Auto/Manual options

OE, what are the specs on the custom RAM? Is the lock on the RAM similar to the ZT0500 lock? One more; On the other thread you show your custom MUDD beside the ZT MUDD, and the ZT looks to be larger, and thicker, is there one model of the custom MUDD, or are there small and large versions? Sorry for all the questions but I'm trying to gather some information as I'm really beginning to like the looks of the Hawk's knives.:thumbup:

8.25" overall w/ a 3.25" blade for the custom ram. The lock is almost the same as the mudds, both custom and ZT. I'm not aware of any variance in custom mudd sizes.
