Thom said the Extrema Ratio Nemesis he sold me had the crap scratched out of it.

I got it today and while it is scratched it is much better than he said and his pic showed. Worth more than he asked for it. Sorry Thom it's too late now :)

He also failed to mention that he had put a scary sharp edge on it like it should have had when it came form the factory.

The title surprised me a bit. I've never seen anything but good from Thom.
Hope he gets the skid marks cleaned before his wife finds them. ;)
 
I was gonna jump in here and throw in a couple of good comments in for Thom. I figured maybe there was a misunderstanding. I'm glad it was just a joke.

Sorry but I couldn't help myself. I kept telling Thom I was after a user but he kept worrying that I wouldn't accept all the scratches on the blade.

I was figuring to turn the knife into a "project knife" but it's perfect as is. Best edge I've ever seen on a thick bladed knife like the Nemesis.

While the thread is humorous to be sure, if someone new to the forum just looked at the title, they may get the wrong first impression, but if they were to read the thread all would be clear, but there are those that do not always open the thread, so it may be better to have a moderator change the thread or add a smiley face to the title so folks checking up on our dear Thombrogan would not get the wrong first impression, as that would be a terrible thing since most all know well his good reputation, but new members may not.

And Thom, change those pants as soon as you can ;)
