André E. Thorburn, André van Heerden A[SUP]2[/SUP] A3
Thorburn and van Heerden collaboration (both André's, hence "A[SUP]2[/SUP]"), Thorburn the blade & mechanism, Van Heerden the handle

This A3 is one of only two made with Lightning Strike Carbon Fiber. Also has Dual-Row IKBS, making it possibly even better than Thorburn's usual best-flip-ever. And a carbon fiber clip, and Thorburn's usual blue-anodized polished liners. Perfect lockup, detent, and centering. Hasn't been used or carried, like new, although I am the second owner, and it does have a very tiny scuff or something near the IKBS logo which also seems smudged (came that way). Minor but full disclosure. Comes with the pouch in the pic and a COA paper from BladeGallery.

This one was purchased from BladeGallery by the last owner, here: http://www.bladegallery.com/shopexd.asp?id=92634
You can see specs there. M390 satin, 3.7" blade, 8.5" overall
Also note in this pic that the little smudge was there originally: http://www.bladegallery.com/shopexd.asp?id=92634&photo=5&size=b

The only other one is this one Jim Skelton had on his show: https://www.facebook.com/media/set/?set=a.1460435357559883.1073741866.1398310730439013&type=3

*SOLD* I'll pay fully-insured USPS Priority shipping (US only please, or add extra for international). If multiple people want it I may move on to the next buyer if I don't get a prompt response. Please email me with any questions.

Yep. Two of the same in existence. These two were sold on Diamond Jim's Knife show (Jim Skelton never owned one). I bought one directly from the show and I sold it here to Scrim.

I can confirm that this is easily the most smoothest flipper I ever had and it has a nice "Thunk" snap to it. Great knife. Very classy.

Thanks for the info :) Yeah, Scrim has yours. This is the other one.
