Those with G10 scales.

final word on this; I just spent 30 min lightly sanding a linen micarta recluse with some 180grit (uni-directionally); it is AWESOME... I know the topic was for g10 but god does it do linen/canvas some serious justice

Forgive me if I'm just stating the obvious:

Word of warning (yep, I'm going to be "that" guy in this case) to anyone that's going to be sanding micarta, G10, burlap, etc. Please wear a respirator or at least a good mask.

+1 on this for sure; nasty stuff

Wet sanding is also an option ;)

First thing I do with all my Fiddlebacks is take off the polish. I think I used 100 grit sandpaper last time. For use, especially field dressing, I like the handles grippy!

Good stuff guys. I'm nuts, I'm going to take the handle to a high polish just to see how it looks before/if I bead blast it. :)

Good call on the respirator. I always use one for any airborne knife grinding, but wet sanding is a proven option for those that don't have other ppe.
