Thought I had picked out a neck knife

Well I did a search read a lot went to the sites and decided on a Running Dog Personal tanto.Then I came across T.O.P.S mod. 203 and 201.Now I'm not so sure anyone have any first hand experiance with these? Thank You.

I do not know about TOPS but I have two RunningDog knives and I am very happy with them. Easy to conceal, great sheats, reasonable priced. Try them
