thought the Gransfors Bruk mini hatchet was small?

I too use the small Trangia mess tin as a survival kit container. It is light, and the container can be used as an emergency cooking container. I just put a 100 mile an hour tape hinge on one side.

Works great.
 
I have an old Norlund the size of the Gransfors Mini and it is a great little piece of kit. But anything smaller would be of little use. Except perhaps for skinning.
