Yangdu asked if I would offer the forum a prayer thread to Ginny, because she is having surgery. Now, I didn't ask the particulars, and I gather it's a 'routine' thing, whatever it is, but she will be 'under' and prayers would be a good thing.

So heres a prayer for our good friend Ginny.

It might be routine to the surgeon, but no surgery is routine if it's me having the surgery.

Thanks guys, so much!! I have a procedure on Friday to determine just how much slicing and dicing they are going to do. The biggest hassle is that I have a really bad cough and it's not cooperating and there can be no surgery until that is healed. But I can't bleed to death either so I'm suggesting they just keep me anesticized until it's healed enough that a little coughing won't break the whole thing loose:D ...........you know about 2 weeks. Talk about relaxation.........boy that would just be the ticket.........I'm sure they'll never agree.......:grumpy: doctors:grumpy: :rolleyes:

So pray that this cough gets under control and then all will go well.

On another note I got a call this morning and will be gaining a roommate for a few months. That will really be useful. I can't believe how it all is working out. Someone is looking out for me for sure. You guys are the greatest. I know it all happens right here. This place is the best.:D
