Thoughts on BHK boattail scandi?

Hey anyone here have any expeirance with Blindhorse knifes bot tail scandi? I dont have any scandi knives or any Blindhorse knives. The boattail scandi just has caught my eye.
 
Blind Horse Knives are top notch.
I would love a Boat Tail Scandi too.
I can't get any other grind as sharp as my scandies.(only 2 so far)
The edges are pretty thin,so not great for hard use,but for general cutting tasks around camp,wood carving,rope/cord cutting or food processing you can't go wrong.
So get the BTS,give it a test run & if you don't like it you can at least trade it for something else.
 
Don't own a Boattail Scandi, but own a couple of BHK knives and they are fantastic. The guys are great to deal with as well. Get one, you won't regret it
 
It's almost a great knife. The steel is too thick to cut as well as I'd like it to and it could use more grind. I wound up getting an Aitto Puukko and as soon as I have it a proper sheath I doubt the Boat Tail will see usage again.
