Thoughts On This eBay Find?

Found this one on eBay recently, has no documentation though. Any thoughts on vintage, handle material and probable steel type? The listing mentions the handle as "wood" (looks like mineralized bone of some type to me) and the blade is listed as "stainless steel".

Hi, this is our Wildebeest model with giraffe bone. Bohler n690 stainless steel. Hope this helps
