No. As long as the spring is not at or near it’s elastic limits, it will be fine pretty much forever. I have seen video of pistol magazines loaded for approaching 100 years that function fine.
All I'm saying is that at some level, there is additional damage to the spring. It might not matter in a human time scale, but creep/cold flow is a real thing. Academic answer aside, it likely won't affect the function of a well designed magazine spring for hundreds of years or longer.

Or just de assist it, every ZT or Kershaw that I had with speedsafe I removed the spring and it was 100 times better that way.

And if it can't be de-assisted I don't want it.

Assisted knives are awful.
