I'd be curious to see that handle. Did you happen to take dimensions when modeling the handle?

Was that directed towards me? I haven't measured, but I'd be happy to.

I'm simply sick of making them, and the only other options are paying $2 each at the hardware store or ordering some from House. I've had House wedges with mold and worm holes so I'm not ordering those. So that left this source which came recommended. I think they were a good value.

Only so many hours in a day. I completely get it. I was struggling for awhile just trying to find something suitable to cut them from. Even though I have a band saw, try taking something from a round into a wedge with correct grain alignment and then hitting them with the sander. If you got good wedges from Thrane it's not to expensive at all.
