• Happy Thanksgiving to all of you! I hope that you all have something to be grateful for this year and for many years to come
  • America has reached 250 years, and I am grateful to be here, in the best country in the world. Thank every one of you who helps make this country a better place, those who have gone before and risked it all, and those who've paid the ultimate price to make the United States what we are today.

Happy Birthday America! Let Freedom Ring for all time!

Thread Title Updates

The staff has enough to deal with without having to review every sales thread to see if the seller updates the title

I understand, but there are rules on the forum, maybe it could be a rule for sellers? It seems so simple...I guess not.

But it's the mods that have to enforce the rules; and -even if they ignored the rest of the site- it's unlikely that they'd be able to effectively police that. Sure, the membership could report violations; but that isn't the answer.
Don't get me wrong - it's a great idea, and it's been brought up a number of times...unfortunately it's just not enforceable.

Besides, if a new rule is to be proposed, I suspect prohibiting f&f payments would be considered more important by more people. (That's been proposed numerous times, as well...and probably isn't any more likely to happen than requiring sellers to mark their ads Sold)

It's a courtesy thing, but we're not going to spend time reviewing each and every thread. Things go quick sometimes... or not at all.

I get it, I guess I was just being overzealous and in a mood after looking at so many threads where the knife was sold...sorry.
