Great ergonomic modern design.
Titanium will never rust and is bacteria resistant.
They are 100% titanium, not just coated.
Lighter than steel, and will not leave a metallic taste in food.
Five W. R. Case kitchen knives that we bought when my bride and I were first married, over 37 years ago. Back when Case was on top. Lovingly used but in great shape, ready to perform for another 37 years for the next bride and groom.
Also, three more knives and a well used hatchet. All three are made in the USA, as well as the hatchet and have a lot of experience and stories to tell. They are proud of their accomplishments.
