I just got a shipment in (a special order for one client of 95 knives). Along with 10 Cheetlangs were some very cool small khukuris. They are a bit smaller than the MJ (blade is, anyway), have a "balance khukuri" blade. The best part is the handle. They are made of deer antler tips (well, two of them, anyway). They are "unfinished" (rough stag-type finish). The third one has a normal handle. Fittings are silver, and the scabbards are all "see through" dhankute style (ornamented scabbard, but thin enough horn casing that you can actually see through it into the sheath and see the khukuri. All fittings are, I believe, steel.
I'll post pics later, along with prices. I will NOT be ordering these from Lalit (our inventory is good right now at the number of khukuri models we are stocking). However, if you want one, they're $99.00 each, delivered (to US addresses). These are cool little knives.
Call before the pictures if interested. If not, look for pictures by day's end - possibly not till Saturday, as I'm swamped with orders today.
