All knifes are never used, factory condition (which means some variations in grinds, blade contours, etc) and unsharpened. There may be oil/wax smudges on the blades remaining from their storage in the safe- hot water and rubbing alcohol will remove any remaining protectorants.
Note the LE's false edge grind is not perfectly symmetrical but not unsightly- the knife was ordered with the intention of having the Busse Custom Shop produce a unique knife at a later time.
