Coyote Jawbone knife - the blade is a re-shaped old (circa 1940's) Old Hickory blade - the sheath has all the bells (literally) and whistles...

CactusRose 34 the Texarkana Toothpick ( the new owner is from there) - blade was forged by the late Gib Guignard and re-shaped by me to this pattern, the sheath is rawhide covered and the Maltese cross was handforged from 99% pure Silver coin - I used an old beatup hammer to get the surface pattern...

CactusRose 33 - really a three way collaboration, Gib forged the blade, Stuart Willis turned the bowl o my specs, and I did the rest..............instead of my "standard" metal collar I beaded this one.....

Wonderful work! I sure wish I could sit down and watch you craft a piece like that. Did you teach yourself or is there a book or something you could recommend?

Absolutely amazing.

I had been debating whether or not to get one of your stitching books, now I won't hesitate, next time I'm at Tandy.

You do the best frontier style pieces I have seen and these are no exception. Beautiful work. I am sure I speak for all of us when I ask you to keep posting photos. Excellent work. Thanks
