The legs are facing the wrong way on the ancient etch?

All of the Sicilian images I have found face the same way as the "Ancient".
The Isle of Mann Triskele has legs facing the other way (usually), and no head/face image.

I remember Jim's trainer well. Evocative costume.
My all-time favorite was Janice(?) Brown, though. The hyper-accelerated woman who needed to ravish Jim in order to repopulate her planet. And if she scratched him he would die a hyper-accelerated death.
