So far, in all my many and frequent contacts with CRK, Jessie has always been my "Care Giver".
And an outstandingly fine job she does of it too!! :)

I got to talk to both ladies today. How cool is that? But it was Heather who called me.

I heard from Heather today too! One of my 3 small sebenzas is ready to be shipped! Called back and talked to Jessie just to make sure it was a single silver thumblug. That will make 3 sebbies in a month with 2 more on backorder. I think I'm officially hooked! Next comes graphics and wood inlays! In my mind the small sebenza is THE perfect EDC!

" I Love Heather "..........lol. Not to take anything away from the others, but she is the nicest person I have ever spoken with at CRK, and anywhere else for that matter. She has helped me so much early on when I was getting into CRK. Heather and Anne helped me greatly with my CRK Timeline that I was making for myself and later was made a sticky for all to enjoy. Heather Is Simply The Best....!

That timeline rocks. Its like a crash course in CRK history, good stuff for newbies like myself! Thanks for getting that together.

I take it your Large Micarta Insingo is ready? Congrats!
Thanks. But no, not quite. I purchased a Large Sebenza Insingo with Micarta Inlays from the original Insingo dealer in January. About the same time I ordered a Small Sebenza Insingo with Micarta Inlays, double silver thumb lugs and fancy lanyard. The call was for the Small.

As EDC, Sebenzas and the Insingo blade go, I have come to prefer the Small. I was going to send my Large in to be fitted for a regular 21 blade but I have not mailed it off yet.

Jan I - gotcha I forgot you already had the large, congrats. I've been carrying the small micarta for a while now and loving it.

I just received an email from Heather telling me the Unique Graphic Small Sebenza I ordered is shipped and on its way.

Now I too have enjoyed a "Heather Experience". :)

When I placed this order in mid-February I was told it could be a six month wait, but here it comes in less than two and a half months.
To me that is an outstanding Customer Service Experience.........and I got to hear from Heather besides!!

I received my call from Heather a few days ago. She was calling to let me know my small wood-inlaid Insingo was ready and that I was lucky to have gotten one ordered because they will no longer be offering it. Apparently, I'm one of five people who will have an Insingo woody and I'm pretty excited about it.

They're not going to continue making them because it's too hard to polish the Insingo's without removing too much metal. I ordered mine with a SW blade anyway.

It should be here by Saturday and I'll show pics when It arrives.

Anyone else order a wood-inlaid Insingo?

I called the week after they officially did not do woody Insingos. Hence my Small Micarta that arrived recently. Want to trade? ;)

I'll keep you in mind If I do decide to trade it but I think I'll be keeping it for now.

I actually called CRK today and heard, "this is Jessie"......asked for some info since I'm finally sending in my seven year old, Large Regular Sebenza for the spa treatment and some new double silver lugs. :D
