The steel is S30V on my Sebbie....born March 7, 2005, and I got her on March 31, 2005 from a prominent dealer in California. :D
 
You guys need to quit throwing around "OFD". I even abbreviated it because the words are too intoxicating.

I had an equally pleasant customer experience at a non-knife company as well. There are folks out there that leave you impressed with customer service.

Sounds like CRK is nice to deal with.
