These are my old style Kiridashis, made form 5160 spring steel. They make excellent knives for precision cuts, general light duties and wrok well as desk knives, too. I used to make knives like this back in 2000 when I started making knives and have just found a piece of the old 5160 stock I used back then.
The knives are about 4 7/8" long with a 1 5/8" cutting edge.
The one with the clearest handle is bamboo and has a mildly etched finish.
The middle one is Louro Faia wood and the and the darker one is made from a 100 year + old cracked Belgian shotgun stock - it is light coffee brown and smells and looks good but I don´t know what it is. These two are etched on top/botton and satin finished on the sides.
All come with a kydex blade cover.
US$ 55,00 each, plus US$ 10,00 for Priority shipping, or get two for US$ 110,00 shipped, or three for US$ 150,00, shipped.
Paypal (preferred), Western Union, bank transfer, etc, all accepted.

The one with recycled shotgun wood handle is gone. The other two are still availabile.

The bamboo one is gone. Only the middle one, with louro faia handle, is left.

The Louro Faia one is still looking for someone to take it to a new desk or bench.
