Have to say that I am overly impressed with the three sisters forge beat that I picked up on BF used. It is an oddball since it is smooth scaled and rounded butt.

It is one hell of a knife. Flicks open with ease and is a very fast knife for not being assisted. Rock solid, no play and no lock stick.

Toss it in your hand and clamp down with little to no hot spots, but feels well planted for the task at hand.

As with any knife you can wish for some improvements. My thoughts would be a little bit more of an angle on the pocket clip so it goes into your pocket easier. This can be easily remedied, so it is not a big issue.

It would be nice if it had some jimping on the spine and top edge of scales.

It is a thick blade with a nice hollow grind. They did just start offering a lightweight skinny version which would be a better slicer.

Think this will be my new EDC, downside is that I have no reason to hit the BF for sale section any longer. Perfect handle length for medium hand size.

Just realized BF does not let you upload a pic directly from your PC bummer, extra steps to host from a image site.

It also doesn't let you post that particular emoticon in this forum. Be a good idea to edit it out.

What's so bad about scratching your cheek?

If you mouse over the emoticon, the name pops up. It's called a "jerk it".
The name is descriptive of the meaning of the icon, which is prohibited outside of Whine and Cheese.

.

That was an interesting knife-I liked the look of it.
By the way the maker is a real nice guy if you ever need his help.
