Yes. On the new Beasts the swedge comes further back on the blade. A big improvement in my book. I also believe Jim is using a new bearing pivot system and a beefier, lower riding clip.
Sweet looking knife, congrats! I've been thinking about getting a ZT 301/202 for edc at college, but I think this might be a better option. Does this feature any sort of assisted opening mechanism?
Small world eh,right now I carry a ZT 302(OD version) for EDC, great knife and you can't go wrong with it.The beast is not a assisted opening knife, but I wanted a change and start off the new year with a new EDC. BTW Jim is a "top shelf" guy and a real pleasure to deal with.The "lefty" version is not a regular manufacture but he made a few for some SF troops and had a extra one which I grabbed. Good fortune smiled on me.
