I have 4 blades (could be blanks also) from three sisters forge in Bend, Oregon.

He no longer sales these, they are made to attach a para cord wrap for handle. Very well made as all his knives are.
9.5" OAL, 4.5" edge. CPM 154 CM steel

Cryo, triple temper.
