First off, his customer service is excellent! I had a Beast which pocket screws for some reason, I couldn't work, I emailed him, and he wrote back within the hour, sending me for free, 6 screws that work.
A few days ago the Beast really proved itself! I was running late to a meeting, and the elevator was stuck. The voice on top told us that we were actually already at the floor, just that the door was jammed, and asked us to try to pull the door open past a point, and it would open automatically. I used the beast to pry it open about 1.5 inches, and the other guys in the elevator took it from there and was able to pry it open. So far, about 3 days later, the Beast still has no side to side play.:thumbup::thumbup::thumbup:
