I bought a TSF Beast from a brick and mortar store. I loved everything about the knife, but I wanted to replace the black clip with one with a stonewashed finish. I contacted Jim, and asked about purchasing a different clip. A few days later, one arrived in the mail. You can't beat that kind of service.
My KME Pen Knife Jaws were missing a rubber insert. To be honest, I don't know if they arrive that way, or if I knocked it off from improper use. I contacted KME and told them this, and inquired if I could purchase a piece of the rubber. They are sending me replacement jaws. Again, this is great service.
I would not hesitate to recommend either of these companies.
